Refunds for Payments Made Over 90 Days Ago

 

Please note that we are unable to offer any refunds for sessions or services purchased more than 90 days prior, regardless of the reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Session Cancellation Policy

 

◉ Cancellation by Junko Saragih:

 

In the rare event that Junko needs to cancel your session, you will be offered the following options:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule your session for another date

 

All communication will be sent via email, so please ensure you are able to receive messages from us.​

 

◉ Cancellation by the client

 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time:​

   - No refunds will be issued.

​

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance:​

   - You may choose to reschedule your session,

   or receive a partial refund (minus a processing fee of up to AUD $50).
